Shower Glass Warranty

Thank you for choosing Quality Glass & Design of The Upstate for your shower enclosure needs. Our products are crafted from high-quality heavy glass, tempered for strength and safety, and hardware made from durable stainless steel, brass, or aluminum. With proper care, your shower will remain beautiful and functional for many years.

We stand behind our products and offer the following warranties, effective from the date of installation:

Shower Hardware: 3 Years

Our hardware warranty covers the functionality of the hardware, not its appearance.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, abuse, or accidents, nor does it cover hardware appearance.

Shower Glass: 10 Years

We guarantee that the glass is free of foreign materials that could cause destabilization. Regular wear and scratching on the glass are not covered.

This warranty excludes any damages due to improper cleaning methods, use of harsh chemicals, and normal wear and tear.

Shower Installation: Lifetime

Quality Glass & Design of The Upstate will provide adjustment and service for the life of your shower enclosure.

This warranty does not cover issues arising from wall defects or structural issues, such as settling, warping, or mold.
Water leakage due to failure to maintain proper sealing after the initial installation is also excluded.

Silicone Sealant:

Silicone sealant has a typical lifespan of 3 to 5 years and is not covered under this warranty. Resealing is a maintenance item and is the responsibility of the homeowner.

General Exclusions:

Any modifications or repairs not performed by Quality Glass & Design of The Upstate void all warranties.
Installation in areas subject to extreme temperature fluctuations without proper precautions is not covered.
There are no other warranties, express or implied, and we will not be responsible for consequential damages arising from defects or repair work. After inspection, Quality Glass & Design of The Upstate will determine the appropriate repairs. Costs for any materials or labor outside of warranty coverage may still be the homeowner's responsibility.
